No one can escape it: eventually, the skin will start to show signs of aging. That applies not just to the skin of the face, but even more to the décolleté and neck. The skin of the neck and décolleté is thin and vulnerable with less ability to regenerate and therefore extra sensitive to harmful external influences, an unhealthy lifestyle and natural aging. 

The skin loses firmness due to the collagen and elastin fibers loss, a decrease in the subcutaneous fat tissue and the diminution of the underlying muscle volume. Result - skin structure deteriorates and skin becomes slacker, making the muscles of the neck more visible. There are various treatment techniques to give the skin of the neck and décolleté more volume and make it smoother and firmer. With strongly aged skin, we often achieve the best result with a combination of techniques. 

• We work with two types of fillers: hyaluronic acid fillers and Radiesse. Hyaluronic acid fillers are – if they are thin in composition – very suitable for filling fine wrinkles. The thicker hyaluronic acid fillers are used to visibly increase the volume of a larger area, thereby fading wrinkles. Radiesse injections immediately give the skin more volume. In addition, the injected gel with calcium microspheres stimulates collagen production, so that the skin becomes firmer and has more and more volume. Thanks to this natural lift, the wrinkles will fade or disappear. 
• Botulinum toxin (often referred to by the brand name Botox™, or Bocouture™) reduces the activity of the muscles in the neck in a simple, fast and effective way. The substance that is injected with a thin needle gives the skin rest, so that it can recover. Wrinkles fade until they are invisible. 
• Sometimes the skin just needs extra moisture. In that case, we often recommend a treatment with Profhilo™ or Belotero Revive™. These skin boosters moisturize and nourish the skin intensely. This makes the dehydrated skin glow again.
